What We Do: Cloud 9 Properties, LLC will locate and refurbish homes in Baltimore City neighborhoods to serve as properties for first-time homebuyers and long-time renters. Investors will earn high rates of returns on purchase funding for single-family properties that will be rehabilitated and sold or rented. Investors also have the opportunity to profit from the purchase and continued ownership of newly rehabilitated homes that will provide safe, comfortable housing to individuals, roommates and families in high-density neighborhoods.

How We Work: Cloud 9 Properties. LLC is a boutique shop that manages every step in the process of investing and owning rental properties. We locate properties, obligate the purchase, oversee the rehabilitation, locate potential buyers or tenants and walk clients through the settlement process. The investor provides the funding and fees and sits back to await the windfall.
